Here are some of my favourite sites. I'm pleased to add to these at every opportunity. To qualify they've either provided very useful advice, or I've found them to be full of inspiration. If you want to point me to something that I haven't listed I'd love to hear from you.

Grand Pier Documentary Photography

The rebuilding of the pavillion on the Grand Pier at Weston super Mare is moving forward at a fantasic pace - see for yourself by visiting this gallery. There are over 1000 photgraphs to browse so far (Sept 09).

Somerset Art week

SAW exists to promote the visual arts and create opportunities for visual artists and makers in Somerset by advocacy, promotion and development. SAW manages Somerset Art Week, a two week visual arts festival that has been running every other year since September 1994. The Art Weeks are the largest visual arts event in Somerset. Open studios, special events and exhibitions are held throughout the county to provide a unique opportunity for people to meet artists and see their work. You can check me out in 2008 at venue 17 thanks to the very kind generosity of Judith Champion.

Black Dog of Wells

Some of my pictures have been used to illustrate the beauty of Somerset at this, the most helpful Tourist Information website for the City of Wells. It's well worth a visit - especially if you're looking for a great central base from which to explore the Somerset Art Weeks. As a bonus, look out for the link to the beautiful terracotta tiles.
