Common Stinkhorn - after the slime has gone.
I used the flash off-camera to reveal the intricate honeycomb structure of the cap and stem. The slime has all gone from this one - hoovered up by the flies who carry the spores away with them. What remains is very delicate and apparently delicious to the small slugs.
