The end of a day's shoot

I was just finishing off the day's work with a treat...I've always wanted to shoot the bridge at night, but until now I hadn't had the opportunity to be in the right place at the right time.

This was my last shot on a day's commission, I was some distance from the car and the camera's battery was on its last spark (me too!). There was a charged pack in the car but I didn't have the energy left for the walk to and fro.

It had been raining (and some) throughout the day - shooting wet roads at dusk is great for adding catchlights but it isn't something you can arrange in advance - just the luck of the day.
